Vyctorius Miller leads explosive Oklahoma State against TAMCC

Vyctorius Miller has shown he can light up the scoreboard for Oklahoma State.The sophomore transfer from LSU poured in a career-high 30 points in a 94-67 win over Prairie View on Wednesday night and will look to stay hot on Sunday when the Cowboys (3-0) take on Texas A&M Corpus Christi (1-3) in Stillwater, Okla.Miller buried five 3-pointers and shot 8-of-12 from the field overall. He’s averaging 22.0 points per game.”My teammates believe in me, trust in me, and they see my work,” Miller told reporters after Wednesday’s win. “I appreciate them.”His teammates have taken notice of what Miller brings to the table.”He’s out there working day in and day out, and he’s just super talented, super charismatic, a team-first guy always uplifting others,” junior guard Kanye Clary said.Behind Miller, Oklahoma State is off to a 3-0 start for the second straight year. They are averaging 92.0 points per game and four of the top six scorers are shooting better than 50% from the floor.”Anytime you start 3-0, it’s a good thing, but we’ve got to concentrate on getting better on the defensive end for consistent periods of time moving forward,” Cowboys head coach Steve Lutz said.
