Sandfort has three 20-point games since transferring from Iowa, while Mast already has a triple-double and a double-double after missing all of 2024-25 due to knee surgery.Winthrop (3-3) comes to town following an 18-point win on Sunday at Jackson State. That followed a near upset of Arkansas, a game in which the Eagles took a five-point lead with 2:00 to go before falling 84-83.Five seniors start for Winthrop, led by guards Daylen Berry and Kareem Rozier, who both average more than 14 points per game. Yet the Eagles are a work in progress as three of the seniors were not with the program last season and the other two came off the bench.
