Parsa Fallah scored 25 points and Christian Coleman added 16 as Oklahoma State remained undefeated with an 84-78 win over Grand Canyon on Saturday as part of the Jerry Colangelo Classic in Phoenix, Ariz.Anthony Roy and Jaylen Curry both had 14 points for the Cowboys (9-0).The Lopes (5-4) were led by Efe Demirel with 22 points and Caleb Shaw with 19.Makaih Williams scored five points in 16 seconds and Jaden Henley scored on a layup for Grand Canyon to cut the Oklahoma State lead to 80-78 with 37 seconds left.Kanye Clary, however, hit a 3-pointer with 16 seconds left and then made a steal to put the game away for the Cowboys.The Cowboys hit their first two 3-pointers of the game to start the second half as Roy and Lefteris Mantzoukas hit back-to-back treys.Roy followed with a jumper for the Cowboys’ largest lead at 50-41 early in the second half.The Lopes fought back and with an 8-0 run with 8:20 left to lead 65-62 with 8:20 left.Shaw highlighted the run with a 3-pointer and a dunk.Curry then went on a personal six-point run to put the Cowboys back on top.Demirel tied it with a dunk, but Roy hit a 3-pointer with 4:43 to go to put the Cowboys up for good at 72-69.
